Process Content Recommender Agent: This agent reasons over thousands of process best practices – both from SAP and custom process models – to answer user questions and provide tailored process content recommendations. For example, a process owner aiming to improve procurement could ask, “How can I improve procurement?” The agent would then deliver a curated list of relevant process models, KPIs, accelerators, and suggested strategies to adopt.

Workspace Administration Agent: This agent supports faster onboarding for process modeling and process mining analysis by handling administrator requests to enroll multiple users with the correct licenses, roles, and access levels.
