vivo launched the X300 and X300 Pro in October, and now according to a new rumor out of China, it’s busy working on the X300s. This model will allegedly arrive in the first quarter of 2026, so sometime between January and March.
It will pack a 7,000 mAh battery, which would be a significant leap compared to the X300’s 6,040 mAh cell. The X300s should employ the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9500+ SoC, which, if history repeats itself, should be a very small iterative upgrade to the 9500 – if you think of it as a higher-bin 9500, you’re probably not wrong.
