See what’s new in SAP Field Service Management 2602 for map-based scheduling, crew planning, and Partner Portal workflows.
In this demo, learn how Rearrange Schedule from the service map re-optimizes the day using predefined policies to reduce travel time and distance. You will also see ArcGIS Online lasso selection to schedule multiple work orders with geographic context, then assign to a technician, auto-schedule using policy, and release jobs in bulk to cut clicks.
Next, create or update regional polygons directly on the service map using the lasso tool, apply visual colors, and put boundaries to work faster. Crew scheduling also improves with the ability to multi-assign jobs to crews and use additional planning actions such as assign to, reassign to, and duplicate for, plus clearer visibility of crews and supporting technicians in activities.
Finally, the Partner Portal now supports timesheet management, including approving or rejecting activities, reviewing notes, updating chargeability, and adding time, expenses, materials, and mileage to support faster invoicing and stronger partner collaboration.
