Today I’m driving a Lada Priora on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Yes, a Priora — the legend of Russian streets, the car of a thousand memes, dead stock on steel wheels, on the most demanding racetrack in the world. After the Lada Vesta video went viral across the Russian internet, this felt like the only possible next step. In this video: what a Priora actually does when you take it through the Green Hell’s compressions, how it compares to the Vesta, my honest verdict as someone who grew up around these cars, and whether the legend survives the Nordschleife.
