Azza & Zoc travel to the island of Bali to learn about jamu, an ancient medicinal drink that is a cornerstone of Indonesian culture. They’ll race buffalos, hitch a ride on a motorbike, and face off with a very angry monkey — all in an attempt to bring the goods home to Chris.

Aaron Grist, known as “Azza,” is the personal assistant to Australian actor Chris Hemsworth. Starting in 2015, Aaron has worked across the globe on such films as “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” “Thor: Love and Thunder,” and “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga,” and has appeared as himself in several episodes of National Geographic’s “Limitless.” He also works alongside Hemsworth in support of his production company Wild State and his global fitness app Centr. Aaron and Chris are longtime friends who met when they were in high school outside Melbourne, and he frequently appears in Chris’s social media posts and behind-the-scenes content. Aaron lives with his wife and daughter in Byron Bay.

Luke Zocchi, known as “Zoc,” is an Australian personal trainer and fitness expert. He is best known for his work with high-profile clients including Chris Hemsworth, Cate Blanchett, and Taika Waititi. Luke is also a trainer for Hemsworth’s fitness app Centr and has co-authored fitness books and contributed to various health and wellness publications. With a background in sports science and personal training, Luke has become a prominent figure in the fitness industry, emphasizing functional training and holistic health approaches. Luke and Chris are longtime friends, meeting at the age of 7 in the suburbs of Melbourne. Luke lives in Byron Bay with his fiancé.

In Azza & Zoc Do Earth, actor Chris Hemsworth sends his two best mates to unlock the hidden secrets of health and wellness around the world.
