Using the library views supplied by SAP, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) can be directly calculated from Factory Calendar information in CDS views using SQL aggregation functions.
This example demonstrates how to narrow consideration of a date range to include only Working Days, as a better measure of performance. This CDS view data can be published in a Fiori tile, to your favorite query transaction, or via oData to an external visualization tool like Power BI.
