​ In this demo, we showcase an intelligent self-service portal built using SAP Build Apps, and integrated with SAP Service Cloud V2 and SAP AI Core. What’s the magic?

Users can raise service requests by simply uploading an image through the portal, triggering a case creation in Service Cloud V2. Leveraging SAP AI Core, the uploaded image is analyzed to detect key objects or issues, and the service ticket description is auto-updated with intelligent insights. AI sentiment analysis is applied to the description, helping to prioritize and categorize cases more effectively. This end-to-end workflow shows how low-code tools and AI-driven automation can transform customer service experiences by reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, and accelerating resolution time.
