How to pre-create the packages for the ABAP Flight Reference Scenario

Several customers ran into an error when trying to import the ABAP Flight Reference Scenario using the abapGit plugin as described in this question abapGit plug-in to import the ABAP Flight Referenc… – SAP Community

As mentioned by a user in GitHub there is a workaround available by manually creating the packages before pulling the content of the GitHub repository of the ABAP Flight Reference Scenario .

Since this is a tedious and error-prone procedure I decided to provide a class in the Z-namespace that can be created in a package in the software component ZLOCAL that creates all the packages.
