Let’s look at Ling-1T, a sparse MoE trained for 20T tokens with 1T parameters. Its the largest known model trained with FP8 mixed precision and out performs several open weight and proprietary models on a number of key benchmarks. This model provides a balance between performance and efficient inference. Its interesting because according to their benchmarks, it surpasses both open weight and proprietary models on a number of key benchmarks.
