一. Extensibility of Account Document Output:
Extensibility of Account Document Output Enhancements can be made using the “Custom Logic” app:
1)If users want to sort by line item number for documents with many line items in the document printing form, this can be achieved using the business add-in under the business context “China: Account Document Output” with the enhancement “China: Customizing Set Account Document.” You can refer to the example logic by clicking “Example” in the upper right corner.

 

2)To add additional fields (including custom fields) of accounting document line items to the document printing form, use the business add-in “China: Customizing Set Account Document” in the business context “China: Account Document Output.” Refer to example logic by clicking “Example” in the upper right corner.

3)If users want the “Primary Account” field in the document printing form to display information about the Level=1 node corresponding to the line item’s general ledger account, use the business add-in “China: Display Level 1 Account in Account Document” under the business context “China: Account Document Output Account Hierarchy.” Refer to example logic by clicking “Example” in the upper right corner.

4)For specific business scenarios, if users want to merge similar line items in the document printing form, such as merging line items with the same accounting account/material number from logistics module postings, this can be achieved using the business add-in “China: Merge Line Items for Printing” under the business context “China: Merge Line Items for Printing.” Refer to example logic by clicking “Example” in the upper right corner.
