How to Access and Activate Agents
Prerequisites:
You have met the prerequisites for your product of the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite. For more information, select your product-specific documentation in the Product Documentation section located in the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite page.You already have Joule activated in your workspace. For more information about activating and integrating Joule, see Integration with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.Customers who do not yet have Joule can still register but must ensure it is activated in their account by January 2026. Further details will be shared in an upcoming blog.Although registration begins in December 2025, official enablement will start in January 2026.
Getting Access to Agents:
To access agents in SAP Signavio, follow these steps:
1. Register yourself with the Influence Opportunity page. From this page, select Assessment Form and enter your details, including your Customer ID, the agents you wish to enable for your organization, your email address, and more.
Remember: The customers are selected for the beta program by SAP. Once you register for the program, we’ll review your application and reach out for next steps, if you’re selected.
2. Sign a Test and Evaluation Agreement (TEA).
3. Share your SAP BTP sub-account name, BTP sub-account ID and region so that we can enable the agents in your account.
Note: All SAP products that you want to integrate with Joule have to use the same SAP Cloud Identity services tenant and Global User ID. For more information, see Global User ID in Integration Scenarios.
4. Your SAP Cloud Identity Services (SCI) admin needs to create groups in SCI for the agents. For more information, see Activating Agents for Users.
