Sergey Ryzhikov of Roscosmos hands over command of the International Space Station to NASA astronaut Mike Fincke. Ryzhikov, fellow cosmonaut Alexey Zubritsky, and NASA astronaut Jonny Kim will return to Earth aboard a Soyuz MS-27 spacecraft on Dec. 8, concluding an eight-month science mission aboard the orbital outpost.
