About the guest: Jonathan Carlson is a computational biologist and Head of Microsoft Research Health Futures. He has collaborated with labs around the world and published more than 100 papers at the intersection of machine learning, immunology, and virology. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Dartmouth College. Carlson led the Antigen Map Project, contributing to multiple clinical diagnostics and scientific discoveries through ML-based decoding of immune system genetics.
