SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608 brings new Joule-enabled procurement innovations to help casual users confirm goods receipts and service entries faster through a natural, conversational experience.
In this release highlights video, Ashish Kakade from the Cloud ERP Product Success team showcases what’s new for self-service procurement in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608. See how Joule helps reduce friction for users who occasionally need to confirm receipt of goods or services without navigating into separate SAP Fiori apps.
You’ll see how casual users can ask Joule to confirm goods receipts directly from their current context. Joule processes the request and creates the goods receipt document, helping requesters, approvers, and occasional purchasers complete procurement tasks faster and with fewer manual steps.
The video also shows how users can confirm service entries for self-service purchase requisitions directly through Joule. Instead of opening a separate application, users describe what needs to be confirmed, select the requisition, and let Joule create the service entry sheet on their behalf. The result is faster processing, less context switching, and a more intuitive experience for users across the organization.
